Job Description
Sprint Order Specialists assist the sales team in the completion of a sale in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner by providing end-to-end consultative and technical support for sales account inquires. Job duties include assisting sales representatives and end user customers with transactions and inquiries associated to a sale or new activation via inbound calls and electronic means.
Position Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Windows and experience using multiple applications and/or web-based programs.
- Strong problem solving skills with customer focus and effective communication skills.
- Willing to submit to (and pass) a background check and drug screening prior to being hired.
- Flexible and able to work any shift between the hours of 5am to 11pm, Monday-Saturday and Sundays from
7am-9pm with overtime as needed. - Applicants must be able to complete the initial training period with no schedule conflicts. Training is Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm for 7 weeks.
- Fluent in Spanish is desired.
Shift Information
- Weekday hours of operation:5am – 11pm
- Saturday hours of operation: 5am – 11pm
- Sunday hours of operation: 7am - 9pm
The Order Specialist position is full time. Work schedules are based upon business needs and Specialists must be available to work any shift, any day of the week during the hours of operation, including nights, weekends, overtime and holidays. Shift bids are based on seniority.
Pay
- Base pay $12.00/hour
- Shift differential paid for scheduled hours worked between 6 pm and 11pm
- Paid training
- Annual Bonus Potential
After successfully completing training, the Specialist's total compensation includes base pay, shift differentials and annual bonuses.
