Technical Support Specialist

Tech Support Specialists handle customer calls for technical assistance.  This would include problems with handsets, features and services provided by Sprint.  This would include but not be limited to problems with internet access, game ringers, text messaging, instant messaging and downloads to our phones.  Specialists also educate customers on products and services offered by Sprint.

Position Requirements

· Must be 18 years or older
· High School Diploma/GED
· 1-3 years of previous customer service/technical background
· Strong computer skills using Windows based systems
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
· Must be willing to sell Sprint products or services on every eligible call
· Background check/drug-screen required.

Shift Requirements

Our call center is open from 6 AM to midnight, 7 days a week.

Pay

· Base pay begins at $11.78 per hour and goes up based on experience.
· Commission opportunities are available.  Commission target is $200 per month with the opportunity to make up to $1400 per month.

Training

The first 10 weeks will be devoted to a full time, paid training program.  Training is held Monday – Friday.  Once you have successfully completed training, you will need to be flexible to work anytime during the hours of operation, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
